The coat is fully lined with 100% cotton lawn and has full length sleeves. The collar of the coat is quilted with embroidered pattern detail and it fastens to the front with matching handmade silk covered buttons. Made in Ireland. It is gorgeous! We tried it on and it fits great. No additional alterations needed. The sleeves are a tiny bit long, but those were the measurements I was really unsure of to begin with :) we can definitely make it work! Oh - should he wear socks with the booties?
